History

Dechoes was created by Kerri and Mike Colangelo in 2002.  Kerri had been selling designer goods on Auction Web (which turned into Ebay) for several years. Kerri was selling 100-200 items a week (uploading pictures with her zip disk Sony Mavica), and decided it was time to open a brick and mortar location.  The original Dechoes was located on Edgewater Dr. just 2 doors down from the current Edgewater location.  Kerri decided to bring a new concept to Orlando, this involved purchasing items outright and mixing high end designer with vintage clothing.  Providing these things in an edgy boutique setting and treating the customer like they were old friends.  To this day you are offered something to drink while you shop.   Within 2 months Dechoes was voted best Vintage clothing in Orlando and has kept that honor ever since.   Within 1 year there were 3 dechoes locations.  After 7 years of running 3 smaller stores they decided to expand two of the stores and close the 3rd.  Now there are 2 great locations to serve Orlando.

The Dechoes mission is to make our sellers a maximum return on their items while still providing the customer with a significant bargain.  Promote recycling clothing while providing a pleasant, fun atmosphere that caters to men and women of all ages.  Dechoes truly is a place for the fashion obsessed!
