know before you go:

  • In the event the remaining balance is not paid in full by the end of the layaway, for any reason, your layaway will be pulled and cancelled and you forfeit all money down. This money will not be refunded, and cannot be transferred to another purchase or into store credit. 
  • Your purchase total must be $25+ to put it on layaway.
  • Some items on Customer Consignment are not available for layaway.
  • Layaway is ONLY available for in store pickup customers, no shipping available for layaways. 
  • The item(s) must be left at our stores until they are paid off and picked up.
  • Initial down payment is 25% of the entire order price, including tax.
  • We are not responsible for reminding you to complete your layaway.
  • You will be required to sign our Layaway Agreement, either physically or digitally, upon starting a layaway. 
  • Resale Rewards may only be applied when paying off your layaway.
  • Layaway is not available for items if they have been posted on our Instagram for the first hour; after one hour of it being posted, you may contact us to put it on layaway.
